Service
We have talented team of 1,200+ employees. More than half are Service Technicians or Aftermarket Account Managers (formerly known as Customer Service Representatives). We are ready with solutions.
Parts
Our parts inventory exceeds $18-million-dollars and includes O.E.M. and aftermarket parts and accessories, tires, forks, and other items our customers need.
Training
The Eastern Lift Truck Co. Training Department is staffed by tenured Trainers who help educate our customers and keep them up to date on relevant safety inspections and certifications. Our Trainers perform on-site and in-house training, and we also offer on-line training sessions.
Sales & Rental
We offer only world-class products from the finest manufacturers in the industry. Our sales and rental staff pride themselves on their ability to help customers find the best equipment for their needs. Eastern Lift Truck Co. is one of the largest stocking dealers in the country for new and used forklifts, new and used mobile elevating work platforms, and new and used utility and low-speed electric vehicles.
Fleet Management
Our Fleet Management team focuses on helping customers drive down their material handling expenses through the use of cloud-based telemetry, wireless monitoring, remote hour meter tracking, and impact sensing. Ask us about Hyster Tracker and Yale Vision impact cameras.
We have the expertise to review and help you gain control of your fleet. We provide a single point of contact, consolidated invoicing, and customized reporting. We also offer cloud-based telemetry, including wireless monitoring, remote hour meter tracking, fault code and impact sensing and other real-time information.
